One of the dresses I even had them reconfigure to be more flattering for my figure and it looks great! The service was so extremely friendly and she really took her time to pin my dress and listen to my suggestions. This is my go to dry cleaning haven. Cleanliness, quality of work, and timeliness is out of this world. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Got about a dozen from coats, to dresses, and suits and they were all done in a week, two weeks the longest and if needed expedited there is the option. Commendable and top tier.

Bella cleaners is under due ownership. I took a shirt that was stained. They were unable to clean the stain or remove the stain, but no one contacted me and when I went to pick the shirt up, it was on a hanger just as though a clean shirt would be After I got home. Something made me look at the shirt, and the stain was still There. No one called no one even let me know that the stain hadn’t been removed. When I spoke to the owner. His concern was he didn’t want to give me the money back or a credit. He was more concerned about keeping the money, not pleasing a customer..  I will not do business at Bella cleaners any longer. I can’t trust them.

I have gotten multiple alterations there and the service is impeccable! Roz is so encouraging and is always willing to work with you to get the best results possible. 10/10.

I chose this laundromat specifically because it said it had comfortable seating and vending and other amenities and it has no such thing. I need to spend a few hours here and have nowhere comfortable to sit as promised. Plus the bathroom is out of order. Yes there are some picnic benches and Adirondack chairs outside but today is not an outside kind of day. That said, it's very clean, and the attendant is very helpful.

This is my second time going to this laundromat, and at first I loved it, small space, good prices, and everyone is very welcoming but after what I saw today I might think twice about coming here especially if you are Hispanic. I was made aware of a sewage issue so only a certain amount of washers could be used at a time which is understandable, but the lady working today she is short with short blonde hair was completely nasty to a Hispanic couple today when explaining the situation. The couple comes in and starts loading there clothes into the washers, this worker then comes up to them and immediately starts screaming in there faces that the machines do not work. After them explaining to her they speak no English she then continues to yell that the washers don’t work and that they are using too much soap in the washers. She then proceeds to yell at them saying “speak English” and “go learn English”. At this point I was furious so when she was done with her temper tantrum I went up to them and pulled out my phone to use Google Translate to explain to them the situation something she easily could of done. To emphasize I really do like this laundromat but was disgusted with how this worker was behaving, I strongly encourage you go and review the cameras in the laundromat and watch it for yourself.

We were in a hurry to get our clothes altered at Green Cleaners because of our church Christmas event and year-end parties. I had my suit sleeves adjusted, the sides taken in, and the hem and tapering done. My wife had her dress hemmed and taken in, and they even removed the zipper on the special back section and replaced it with a matching fabric detail. We also had everything dry-cleaned.

Since my office is in Manhattan, we checked several places for price estimates—but the alteration costs there were unbelievably high. For example, tapering alone was quoted at $100, and hemming a two-piece dress was around $300.

I brought 3 dresses in here, per their instructions wore the shoes I wanted them to be worn in, I also wore the dress I wanted the length, she did not take any measurements she simply put pins where it needed to be this is the first time that’s ever been done. I am short so I alter all my dresses the measurements were done incorrectly my dresses still do NOT fit and the stitching came undone now my dr sees have been ruined from the bottom and drag the owner made horrible excuses for this. Not to mention the tailor said oh no it will be fine after u mentioned it looked wrong NEVER again paid over $130 for 3 dresses for nothing! I am the one who came in with 3 black abayas tried them on in the back if u forgot !!! And called and asked the owner why this happened when I have 3 kids and I asked the lady to ensure my measurements were taken correctly!!!

JP Cleaners is a top-notch place! Very professional, excellent dry cleaning, and the tailoring is perfection. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I might be crazy driving 25-minutes out of my way to get to J&P (and then another 25-min back!) when I have dozens within a mile of my house, but that’s how much I love this dry cleaner.

Terrible experience had a very good friend of mine choose this place to fix a small stain on her wedding dress. Now she called this place and specifically asked if they specialize in wedding dresses and they responded yes. So my friend takes her dress here to be cleaned and when she went to go retrieve her dress it was damaged. Her dress isn’t a traditional white it’s more of a satin material ivory color so this place took it upon themselves to wash the dress 4times to get the stain out. In the mist of doing this they flush the ivory color out of the dress and the stain is still there now more potent in color. So instead of fixing the problem they made it 10times worse. To top it off they didn’t offer to refund her money instead said they can wash it again. Wash it again that’s what got us in this situation to begin with. Smdh!!!!

If your needs are to simply wash & press your unsoiled garments you'll be fine at this fixture of an establishment on Washington Ave. Despite the word 'cleaner' in the business name should any actual cleaning or spot removal be needed you would stand to do better elsewhere.

I recently needed 5 pairs of jeans (american eagle brand) altered in the waist and I am so impressed with the quality of work the seamstress did, my jeans fit so well now! The alterations took about a week and was under $20 per pair. Definitely recommend Capital Cleaner for alterations 🙂

Tried many, many cleaners before finding Captital for years now. Even though further away from my home, I have never been disappointed, and the staff is friendly, helpful, and honest. I've had regular dry cleaning, tailoring, pillow cases repaired, uniforms, and so on. I'm only sorry for taking me this long to review, but time is the best indicator of consistent quality.

I grew up in Glassboro and Capital cleaners has always been the place to go for good service. I had a bad experience recently with my son's dress shirt. Gave them 8 of them and one got ate by cleaning machine. I would suggest not giving them too many shirts at once especially if it's a light weight or thin fabric. Luckily the shirt wasn't expensive and I can replace it. Other than that they are still very friendly and honest people. The gentlemen paid for shirt and I didn't pay for any of the cleaning . Still sad about the shirt though.
